• There is an error in an individual or family on your site, how can I correct it?
  
  Creating a free account will give you the ability to edit information about any of the individuals/families in our database.

  
  

  After creating an account and logging in, visit the individual's/family's page you wish to update. An "Edit this Person"/"Edit this Family" link should now be available to click. Update the information, type in the security key, and click "Save Changes".
• Where is the information's source?
  
  Any and all information NokTree has regarding sources is already listed on our website on the individual's or family's page. Unfortunately, if it isn't on our website, we don't have it. We hope that if users have any of this information, they will add it.
• How can I contact the submitter nokbot?
  
  Nokbot is not a user, but an automated process used to build our initial database. It is unable to respond to messages.
• How can I delete an individual or family from your site?
  
  Creating a free account will give you the ability to delete any of the individuals/families in our database.

• I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
  
  Please visit Forgot Login and follow the instructions to reset your password.

• How is NokTree pronounced?
  
  NokTree is pronounced like knock-tree.
