Does anyone have a great family dessert recipe to share? I'd like easy prep that would work well to feed a picnic or potluck.

I was just recently Married in January to a wonderful man that loves Broccoli cookies.
You prep it just like oatmeal cookies and they are so scrumptious.

corinfritch - You throw broccoli into a standard oatmeal batter?
I've never heard of that... Do you need to refrigerate them after baking?
